300 New Condos at SFU in the next 18 months
I had a very informative meeting with Simon Fraser University Trust
President Gordon Harris today. He was telling me about three new
developments that are upcoming at Univercity, starting first with a 75
unit development by Vancouver's Porte Development to the east of the
Nester's Market and The Hub. The community on Burnaby Mountain is
growing at a rapid pace. In speaking with president David Porte later today, he confirmed they
plan to bring a high level of finishing to this new development, which
is something my Real Estate buyers have been anticipating. I look
forward to reporting more soon.
