Overall Sales Numbers Down
August was a slower than expected month with only ten condo sales reported on MLS; down from July. All indications are that the Fall market has begun; I've had a number of calls from buyers interested in investing at UniverCity this week. I've also met with a number of sellers who are considering putting their SFU properties on the market in the coming weeks.
