Harmony at Simon Fraser University currently has three active MLS® listings. ( http://www.simonfrasercondos.com/Harmony.ubr ) This is the lowest level of inventory that I've seen in this building in years. This is a terrific time for new listings at SFU to hit the market, and there are many active buyers visiting the area this time of year.

One of the factors that has brought attention to the UniverCity neighbourhood lately is the recent launch of two new developments on University High Street. I get many inquiries from tenants looking to rent a condo at SFU, and Harmony is a popular building for investor owners looking for easy to manage investment properties. There are a wide range of floor plans at Harmony at the Highlands. The most popular floor plan is a two bedroom, two bathroom home whioch is around 837 square feet. These have sold as low as $300,000 this year, and typically rent in the $1300 - $1500 range.
