SFU MLS® Update | Condos for Sale and Recent Sales
I recently sold a one bedroom SFU condo at Novo 1 by Intergulf. This one bedroom appealed to the buyer as a good value in the $410 - $415 Per square foot price point. This is a concrete mid rise development with 167 Strata Lots in the 9200 block of University Crescent in Burnaby BC. The strata plan number is BCS1046.So far there have been two reported sales at Simon Fraser University's UniverCity development for January 2011. I have represented either buyer or the seller in both of these transactions, and in my opinon both were good values based on recent sales statistics for North Burnaby.
