Market report for Week Two of 2012: There seems to be an increase in activity at UniverCity this week. The number of showings are up sharply and I've been hearing there are some conditional offers in play that should show up as sales soon. There are still only 36 homes for sale on MLS® at SFU. This is a very low level of real estate listings for sale for this time of year and should be a warning to Buyers to act before the market heats up.
