SFU Real Estate Market Update: There are 40 Condos for Sale at SFU - UniverCity

There are currently 40 condo and townhouses listed for sale on MLS® that are located at Simon Fraser University's UniverCity community. SFU condos have been showing slower than normal sales activity in 2011, with only 92 reported sales reporting for this year ( January 1st 2011 - December 19th 2011.) There were 129 reported sales for the same period in 2010.
